What makes your remedies different?

Every remedy is hand‑crafted to order, made fresh for each customer. We work in small batches, using traditional methods, organic ingredients, and intentional energetic preparation. Nothing is mass‑produced — each remedy is created with care, attention, and respect for the plants.

Where do you source your ingredients?

We believe that the quality of a remedy begins with the quality of the plants.

Organic Mother Tinctures

Our organic mother tinctures are sourced directly from Soul Wisdom Gardens, an organic farm in Sequim, Washington. These plants are grown with extraordinary care, following a lunar‑aligned, planetarily informed, alchemical cultivation protocol. Every botanical is tended, harvested, and tinctured at peak potency according to:

This ensures that each remedy carries not only the physical medicine of the plant, but also the subtle energetic imprint of its celestial and elemental influences.

The botanicals used in our teas and Homeospagyrics are also sourced from Soul Wisdom Gardens, grown and harvested with the same intentional, alchemical approach.

Other Ingredients

All other herbs, roots, flowers, and resins list their Origin: Country of Origin directly on each remedy page. We source from trusted suppliers who prioritize organic, ethical, and sustainable harvesting practices.

If an ingredient is wildcrafted, organic, or biodynamic, it will be clearly noted.

Are your remedies organic?

Whenever possible, yes. Many remedies are made with certified organic or wildcrafted ingredients. If an ingredient is not available organically, we choose the highest‑quality, ethically sourced alternative and disclose its origin on the product page.

Our remedies are crafted for general wellness, energetic support, and traditional herbal use. To ensure safe and mindful use:

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because remedies are made fresh to order, orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted. Please review your selections carefully before checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handcrafted, made‑to‑order nature of our work, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days and we will gladly make it right.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Processing time is typically 3–7 business days, as each remedy is made individually. Shipping time depends on the carrier and your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What if my package is lost or marked delivered but missing?

If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we cannot issue refunds or replacements. For lost or delayed packages, please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to assist with documentation if needed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship within the United States and Internationally

How should I store my remedies?

Tinctures & Essences: Cool, dark place; long shelf life.
Teas & Dried Herbs: Airtight containers; use within 1 year for best potency.
Oxymels & Syrups: Refrigerate after opening.
