The Alchemists Apothecary — Shipping Policy

All remedies at The Alchemists Apothecary are handcrafted and made to order. Because each item is prepared fresh, our shipping timelines reflect the care and intention that go into every bottle, blend, and essence.

Processing Time

Each remedy is created individually once your order is placed. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships.

During high‑volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience with small‑batch herbal work.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the best available option at the time of fulfillment.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are determined by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or regional delays. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements.

For packages that are lost in transit or delayed, please contact the carrier directly. We are always happy to assist with documentation or information if needed.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping takes longer due to customs clearance. All customs forms are sent electronically. For USPS international all packages go to a sort facility first, usually in California, before routing to final destination. This often creates confusion when Canadian recipients see a package heading to California and believe it to be a shipping error. 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will gladly replace the damaged item.
